We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with spotless rooms and common areas. The hotel facilities were great, especially the breakfast options which had a wide variety to choose from. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel's location, in a residential area close to the exhibition center, was perfect for us as we were attending a show there.
Could not be improved in any way.

Everything that we required was available within the Hotel.
All of our taxi drivers had trouble finding the Blue Horrison Royal Parklane International Hotel. Because the Hotels business card Chinese writting is to small and is the wrong dialect for the Shanghai area.

Located close to Expo. Exelent staff that speak English. Very polite and helpfull.
The beds are much too hard. Had no sleep in three nights.

The breakfast options are excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. Additionally, they offer a convenient shuttle bus service for visiting the Expo.

the hotel was conveniently close to the metro station, making transportation easy. the room was clean and comfortable, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. the breakfast offered was delicious, and there were various facilities available to make the stay enjoyable. it was a convenient and pleasant experience.
The surrounding area of the hotel was quite dirty and not well-maintained.

They are so cheap they have WiFi in room but when I start using it they closed it and the minibar was turned off no electricty and I couldnt use it

The hotel's location is ideal, close to Maglev and Metro Station, allowing for easy exploration of Shanghai. The staff's behavior exceeded expectations, providing excellent service. The breakfast options were plentiful and highly enjoyable. The shuttle bus for the Expo was convenient and reliable.

The stuff forgotted to check my reservation and as a result I had to stay in room without window and for big money. Only Booking Stuff could resolve the situation. But I spent a lot of time to organize my staying at hotel.

The service staff (cleaners, bell boys, bartenders) were excellent as always in China. They can not do enough for you. My room (executive suite) was also very nice. a short taxi ride to the Maglev, the subway and the new exhibition centre but not in the nicest part of town.
Be careful when booking here...... When I arrived I was told the price agreed on Booked.net was too cheap and I couldnt have the room I booked (I booked well in advance). I was taken around the hotel looking at rooms (one I was shown had no window). I eventually had to go behind reception desk and log on to Booked.net to show them which room I booked and that I was having the room I booked. I was also asked to pay £600 deposit even though I offered my credit card. I paid it. The first night I ordered dinner in my room and was asked to pay cash for this as my deposit was not sufficient. After 10 minutes on the phone to reception I was told I could sign to my room but then dinner was cold. The hotel is nice but take care
